Meet The Team
Taylor Bowker is the owner of Mindful Insurance Agency, LLC and has been in the insurance industry since 2012. She got her start in the Property and Casualty world but soon after, an opportunity came along in the Health Insurance field and she hasn't looked back! Taylor loves interacting with her clients and works hard to make sure they feel educated about their options.
In her spare time, Taylor enjoys trying new foods, paddle boarding in the Summer, doing spin class in the Winter, and spending time with her husband, Mitchell, as well as their two fur babies, Emmit and Jackson.

Doug Belt is an Independent Financial Adviser and Health Insurance Broker, helping busy families simplify their finances through smart investment strategies, retirement and college planning, and comprehensive protection solutions — including health insurance.
Originally from northern Minnesota, Doug grew up playing hockey and carries that team-first mindset into his work with clients. He and his wife are raising their daughter and son in the Madison, WI area, where they love to camp, travel, go to concerts, and explore historical sites.
Fun fact: Doug’s great-grandfather, Edgar “Pops” Gordon, is the namesake of Gordon Commons at University of Wisconsin–Madison.
